EASY SHOPPING:

3) Click on "REVIEW CART" to see what you've selected. If you don't want something, you can remove it from the cart.

4) The "shopping cart" for Globalware's web site is operated by a host server that is secure. Your private information will stay private. Once we receive your order, we remove it from the server. We do not collect or save your information.

5) We accept US$ checks, money orders, VISA and Mastercard. We only charge your card for items actually shipped. We'll email you about anything that's not in stock or that will take longer to make.

SIZING: If length of necklace or bracelet as shown is not right for you, let us know and we'll resize it.

EARRINGS: If you don't want the earwire style shown, ask us to substitute the following types of earwires for most earrings:
a) screw-clasp (for non-pierced ears; works with lightweight earring styles, not so good with heavy, large stones)
b) lever-back (fully-closing, with hinge)
c) post with loop (for fancy post, there's an upcharge)

GIFT ORDERING:
a) Gifts are packaged in a drawstring pouch.
b) If we are mailing the gift directly to the recipient, you may include a gift message with your order.
b) Gifts can also be resized -- just have the recipient mail back the item in a padded envelope or box, specifying desired size, and we'll resize and mail back to them. (One free resizing. There may be an additional materials charge for significant lengthening.)
