Select the items, colors, and sizes (as applicable) you want and email us at info@design-site.net or call 941.993.0596. We'll get back to you with confirmation of availability and estimated shipping date.

If you don't see the color combinations you prefer, just ask us for a custom design. No extra charge unless you request more expensive yarns or larger sizes.

We accept US$ checks, money orders, VISA and Mastercard. We only charge your card for items actually shipped. We'll email you about anything that's not in stock or that will take longer to make.

DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD NUMBER IN EMAIL. We'll call you to get that info over the phone.

RETURNS POLICY
We accept returns of merchandise in new condition, with price tag and copy of original order confirmation included, postmarked within 14 business days of shipping date, and packed securely in original packaging. You pay return postage.

DAMAGE POLICY
For items damaged in transit, customer is responsible for making claims against carrier.
