"Stay-in-Touch" Services
for Architects and Designers

 

The Problem:
You're too busy with the day- to-day management of your practice and current projects to stay in touch with your clients and prospective clients.

This frustrates and scares you, because you know that staying "top of mind" with prospects is critical to developing them into future clients.


The Reality:
Even if you have an in-house marketing staff, they'll always be assigned the most pressing tasks, such as compiling proposals, organizing slide shows, and researching leads for specific projects.

They, too, are too busy with day-to-day work to stay on top of regular communication with your prospect lists.

The Solution:
For a fixed monthly fee, I'll stay in touch with your list of prospects, the design press, and the Web. Every Quarter, I'll do the following:

MONTH #1:
Marketing Mailing

  1. Organize and maintain your list of contacts for the market you'd like to stay in touch with.
  2. Based on reviewing your available project photos, I'll produce and mail a color postcard to the contact list, with copy on the back of the card that reinforces your marketing message.
  3. To vary the mailings, if you have a news clipping about one of your projects that's relevant to their interests, I'll mail them a copy of the clipping instead of a postcard.


MONTH #2:
News Release

  1. Draft a news release about a work-in-progress or completed project and review it with you for your comments and approval.
  2. Mail the approved news release and picture to design editors and reporters at the main design magazines. I'll edit my press list to suit your preferences.
  3. The contact person on the news release will be a principal or staff member of your office, as you designate.


MONTH #3:
Web Site

Update your Web site to include new text and pictures of your work.
