Adjust and service operable window vents to open, close, and lock easily.
Take out warpage in window sashes, enabling window sash to fit tightly and properly in the window frame, cutting down on drafts.
Cut out rotten steel sections where necessary.
Weld in matching or missing sections.
NOTE: All work is done on site. Windows do not have to be removed.
